We're seeking a Credit Analyst who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment. This is more than reviewing financials. What You'll Do

• Analyze commercial loan requests by reviewing financial statements, tax returns, cash flow analyses, and collateral.
• Prepare comprehensive credit memorandums with well-supported recommendations.
• Evaluate borrower creditworthiness and identify strengths, risks, and mitigating factors.
• Assess industry trends, market conditions, and economic influences affecting borrowers.
• Partner closely with Commercial Relationship Managers and Lending Officers to structure quality credit solutions.
• Perform financial spreading and ratio analysis for new and existing relationships.
• Monitor existing loan portfolios to ensure ongoing credit quality.
• Assist with annual reviews, renewals, covenant monitoring, and risk rating updates.
• Ensure all analyses comply with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies.
• Present findings clearly and confidently to loan committees and leadership when needed.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of commercial credit analysis or banking experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending principles and financial statement analysis.
• Experience analyzing cash flow, debt service coverage, liquidity, leverage, and profitability.
• Knowledge of commercial loan documentation and underwriting practices.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and commercial banking software.
