What You’ll Do

• Process and maintain deposit accounts, including ACH transactions, wires, check processing, and account updates.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations (Reg CC, Reg E, NACHA, etc.) while minimizing risk.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, or exceptions in deposit transactions.
• Work closely with frontline teams to support customer inquiries related to deposits.
• Assist in fraud detection and prevention efforts, identifying suspicious activity.
• Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory reviews.

What You Bring

• Experience in banking, deposit operations, or financial services preferred.
