What You’ll Do

  • Build & Expand Relationships: Develop and manage a robust portfolio of commercial and private banking clients, with a sharp focus on growing deposit balances and treasury relationships.
  • Drive Deposit Strategy: Design tailored deposit solutions that align with client goals—optimizing liquidity, yield, and accessibility.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Move beyond transactions. Understand client businesses, anticipate needs, and deliver proactive financial insights.
  • Collaborate to Win: Partner with lenders, treasury teams, and leadership to uncover cross-sell opportunities and deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Prospect with Purpose: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
  • Own the Numbers: Manage portfolio performance, track growth metrics, and consistently exceed deposit and relationship targets.
  • Champion Client Experience: Deliver white-glove service that turns clients into long-term advocates.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial banking, treasury management, or deposit-focused relationship management
  • Proven success growing deposit portfolios and cultivating long-term client relationships
  • Strong understanding of deposit products, cash management solutions, and banking regulations
  • A strategic mindset paired with a natural ability to connect, influence, and build trust
  • Excellent communication skills—equally effective in boardrooms and casual client conversations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred)
