The Canvas You’ll Work On

You’ll be the connective tissue between designers, engineers, owners, and builders, translating vision into momentum. From early schematics to construction-ready documents, you’ll choreograph timelines, budgets, and communication with precision and flair.

What You’ll Create & Conduct

• Lead design phases from concept through construction documents with clarity and creative confidence

• Orchestrate collaboration between architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams

• Keep schedules tight, budgets honest, and expectations aligned

• Translate creative ambition into practical, buildable solutions

• Manage design risks, RFIs, and value engineering without dulling the spark

• Present design progress with authority, polish, and storytelling skill

The Tools & Talents You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in design or construction project management

• Deep understanding of design development, permitting, and construction documentation

• A communicator who turns complexity into clarity

• Strong grasp of schedules, contracts, and cost implications tied to design decisions

• A balance of creative instinct and disciplined execution
