Pay: $30–$40/hr (DOE) + Benefits | Full-Time

We’re looking for an experienced Earthwork Foreman who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front. What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations for earthwork crews (excavation, grading, trenching, etc.)

  • Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and project specs

  • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards

  • Lead safety meetings and enforce jobsite safety protocols

  • Operate heavy equipment when needed and assist with training crew members

  • Communicate with project managers, superintendents, and inspectors to keep work moving forward

  • Track production, material usage, and resolve field challenges in real time

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as an Earthwork Foreman or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of site grading, excavation, and underground utilities

  • Ability to read construction plans and shoot grade using GPS and lasers

  • Skilled in managing crews and coordinating subcontractors

  • A safety-first mindset and solid understanding of OSHA standards

  • CDL is a plus, but not required
