About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendors to ensure precise pricing.
• Identify and assess project risks, materials, and labor costs.
• Develop bid proposals and assist in contract negotiations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, costs, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For
