???? What You’ll Do

• Lead detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial and multi-family construction projects

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and scopes with sharp precision

• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing

• Develop competitive, accurate bids that balance strategy and profitability

• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and leadership to align budgets with execution

• Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising quality

• Participate in preconstruction meetings and client presentations

• Track historical cost data to strengthen future bids

• Help shape winning proposals that land projects and grow the company

• 5+ years of construction estimating experience

• Strong knowledge of commercial or multi-family construction practices

• Proficiency with estimating software and takeoff tools

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications fluently

• Strong subcontractor relationships and negotiation skills

• Detail-oriented mindset with big-picture awareness

• Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit
