Location: Springville, UT
Compensation: $110,000–$150,000 (DOE)

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to support accurate, competitive, and timely project pricing across a range of construction projects. This role plays a critical part in preconstruction by developing detailed cost estimates, evaluating subcontractor proposals, and partnering with project teams to ensure each bid reflects scope, risk, and opportunity with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for projects of varying size and complexity.

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to develop complete and accurate quantity takeoffs.

• Solicit, review, and level subcontractor and supplier proposals.

• Develop pricing strategies, value engineering options, and alternative solutions to support competitive bids.

• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams during preconstruction and design development.

• Maintain historical cost data and contribute to estimating standards and best practices.

• Support handoff to operations teams to ensure continuity from estimate to execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial or industrial construction.

• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, materials, and cost drivers.

• Proficiency with estimating software and takeoff tools.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
