You will:

• Dissect plans, specs, and drawings like a detective reading a mystery novel where the culprit is always “unexpected cost creep”
• Build detailed cost estimates that don’t just guess, but anticipate, predict, and quietly outsmart chaos
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors like a conductor tuning a very opinionated orchestra
• Hunt down pricing data, labor rates, material costs, and scope gaps like a budget archaeologist in the ruins of “it should be cheaper than that”
• Identify risks before they grow teeth
• Turn “this might work” into “this is buildable, profitable, and defensible”
