What You’ll Do

• Lead the estimating process from conceptual design through final bid submission—analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements with expert-level attention to detail.

• Collaborate closely with project managers, superintendents, and clients to deliver competitive, comprehensive estimates that balance cost, quality, and schedule.

• Develop takeoffs and cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment—ensuring every component is accounted for and aligned with project goals.

• Evaluate subcontractor bids and build relationships with trusted partners to ensure the best value and performance across every trade.

• Leverage technology and data to streamline estimating processes and bring forward creative solutions that win work and drive profitability.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, codes, and pricing to anticipate challenges and keep projects on the cutting edge of construction excellence.

• Confident and articulate, with the ability to present and defend your estimates to both clients and internal teams.

• A strategic thinker who sees beyond the numbers—understanding how cost, design, and constructability intersect.

• Experienced in commercial, civil, or multi-family construction estimating (5+ years preferred).

• Proficient in Bluebeam, ProEst, or comparable estimating software and adept with spreadsheets, cost databases, and takeoff tools.
