Location: Boise, ID
Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Carry out all duties and responsibilities in alignment with the company’s mission and vision.

• Support all aspects of subcontractor and supplier estimating and bidding processes.

• Identify and process RFPs, RFQs, and internal pricing requests while managing broadcast announcements of bidding opportunities.

• Draft, proof, audit, and deliver both private and public proposals with accuracy and professionalism.

• Collaborate with Project Executives, Marketing, and other staff to coordinate proposal contributions.

• Qualify subcontractor bids for completeness and compliance with plans and specifications.

• Ensure company compliance with bidding regulations and project-specific goals.

• Develop, prepare, coordinate, and execute presentations and proposals for existing and potential clients.

• Manage multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.

• Operate and maintain proficiency in all internal estimating systems, technologies, and software.

• Minimize risk exposure by implementing quality assurance controls in estimating.

• Promptly report scope and revenue changes to the Executive Team.

• Promote the company to key stakeholders including owners, developers, planners, architects, and engineers.

• Identify and pursue new business growth opportunities across private and public sectors.

• Work with key personnel on business development strategies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Assist in identifying and qualifying project leads from various sources.

• Support procurement of subcontractors and suppliers for projects.

• Assist project management teams in developing clear and comprehensive scopes of work for subcontracts.

• Facilitate a seamless transition from estimating to field operations through proper documentation transfer and discussions.

• Assist in analyzing and evaluating cost impacts for change orders.

• Participate in the buyout process and project turnover.
