The Mission (Should You Choose It ????)

As an Estimator, you’ll own the estimating process from early project review through final proposal submission. You’ll collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and leadership to create accurate, competitive, and strategic estimates that set projects up for success.

You’ll become the numbers navigator, the detail detective, and the trusted voice who helps turn ambitious construction goals into achievable plans.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documents to develop detailed estimates
• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs, cost analyses, and competitive bids
• Analyze labor, materials, equipment, subcontractor pricing, and project requirements
• Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to gather pricing and validate costs
• Identify risks, opportunities, and value-engineering solutions throughout the estimating process
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transitions from estimating to construction
• Maintain organized estimating documentation and cost databases
• Participate in bid reviews, strategy meetings, and project pursuits
• Bring a proactive mindset to improving estimating processes and workflows

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 5+ years of construction estimating experience preferred
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications like a blueprint whisperer
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to see the big picture
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with estimating software and construction technology
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines without losing your cool

Bonus Points If You Bring:

? Experience estimating commercial, civil, industrial, or complex construction projects
? Proficiency with Bluebeam, Sage Estimating, OST, Timberline, or similar platforms
? A passion for finding smarter, faster, and more efficient ways to estimate
? The ability to explain complicated numbers without making everyone’s eyes glaze over
