Estimator / Project Manager

We’re looking for an Estimator / Project Manager who can toggle seamlessly between precision pricing and real-world project delivery. Someone who can sharpen a pencil on a takeoff in the morning and solve a field curveball by the afternoon. This role is perfect for a builder who enjoys both the chess game of estimating and the adrenaline of running a project.

What You’ll Do

Estimating (The Art of Getting It Right Before It Starts)

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates from plans, specs, and sometimes… vibes (but mostly plans)
• Perform quantity takeoffs and scope analysis with surgical precision
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor bids
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities before they become expensive lessons
• Collaborate with leadership to develop competitive, strategic proposals

Project Management (Where Plans Meet Reality)

• Take awarded projects from kickoff to closeout like a seasoned conductor
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client expectations
• Keep projects on track, on budget, and drama-free (or at least drama-managed)
• Lead communication between clients, field teams, and vendors
• Handle change orders, RFIs, and all the plot twists construction throws your way

What You Bring

• 2–5+ years of estimating, project management, or hybrid experience
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing
• Ability to read plans like a map and spot what others miss
• Comfortable with estimating software and project management tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and just the right amount of relentless
• Strong communication skills—you can talk numbers and people
