What You'll Do:

• Serve as the boots-on-the-ground expert supporting construction projects across Colorado.

• Perform technical inspections, troubleshooting, and quality assurance in the field.

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful execution.

• Utilize tools, equipment, and mobile technology to collect field data and document progress.

• Interpret plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Communicate field updates and resolve challenges in real-time.

• Travel to job sites statewide (mileage and per diem provided).

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in construction, civil engineering, or field services (or equivalent technical training).

• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction tools and materials.

• Ability to read construction documents and blueprints.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
