Salary: $90,000 to $100,000

Numbers tell stories. In construction, they tell the story of risk, reward, razor thin margins, and bold execution. We are seeking a Financial Reporting Manager who can translate job costs, WIP schedules, and balance sheets into insight that fuels confident decision making.

What You’ll Do

• Own the monthly and annual financial reporting process, ensuring timely, accurate GAAP compliant statements
• Lead WIP reporting, revenue recognition, and percentage of completion accounting
• Partner with Project Managers to monitor job costs, forecasts, and margin performance
• Prepare and review account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple projects
• Support external audits, tax reporting, and lender reporting requirements
• Strengthen internal controls and continuously improve reporting systems
• Present financial insights to executive leadership with clarity and confidence

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or project based industries
• Strong understanding of WIP schedules, cost accounting, and revenue recognition
• Proficiency in construction accounting software and advanced Excel skills
• CPA preferred but not required
• Detail driven, deadline focused, and comfortable collaborating cross functionally
