???? Position Overview

The Foreman / Superintendent provides daily onsite leadership for commercial construction projects throughout the Salt Lake City area. You will coordinate crews, manage schedules, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain a jobsite culture rooted in accountability, respect, and teamwork.

You set the tone. If safety matters to you, it will matter to everyone.

???? Safety Is Non-Negotiable

• Lead daily safety meetings and job hazard analyses

• Enforce OSHA standards and company safety protocols

• Proactively identify and mitigate jobsite risks

• Ensure proper PPE usage and safe equipment operation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free site

• Stop work authority when safety is compromised

• Oversee daily field operations and subcontractor coordination

• Manage schedules to maintain progress and hit milestones

• Interpret plans, specifications, and project documents

• Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance

• Track manpower, materials, and equipment needs

• Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and leadership

• Uphold quality control standards throughout the build

• 5+ years of commercial construction field leadership experience

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Superintendent

• Strong understanding of safety regulations and OSHA compliance

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Reliable transportation and ability to work in the field full-time
