We’re looking for a Franchise Finance pro to join our banking team and help franchise operators scale their dreams. You’ll be the go-to expert for structuring deals, managing risk, and making sure the bank and the borrower both win.

What You’ll Be Doing:
? Structuring and underwriting franchise loans like a pro—think acquisitions, new unit development, and remodels.
? Managing relationships with franchisees and ensuring their growth doesn’t outpace their capital.
? Keeping a pulse on industry trends and brand performance (yes, knowing your QSRs from your FSRs helps).
? Partnering with credit, legal, and risk teams to make deals that are as solid as a well-run franchise system.
? Closing deals that make both your clients and your bonus structure very happy.

What We’re Looking For:
???? 5+ years of franchise finance, commercial lending, or related experience (extra points for QSR expertise).
???? A knack for financial analysis, deal structuring, and risk management.
???? The ability to speak fluent franchise—you know the challenges, the growth levers, and what makes a great operator.
???? Strong relationship-building skills (because banking is still a people business).
???? A bias for action—no analysis paralysis here.
