What You’ll Do

Lead the Business

• Own full P&L responsibility and drive profitable growth

• Develop and execute strategic plans that turn ambition into measurable results

• Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and margins with disciplined precision

Build and Empower Teams

• Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing project managers, superintendents, and support staff

• Foster a culture rooted in accountability, safety, and mutual respect

• Champion professional development and succession planning

Win Work and Strengthen Relationships

• Cultivate strong relationships with owners, developers, architects, and trade partners

• Support business development efforts, proposals, and contract negotiations

• Serve as the face of the company in the community and industry

Operational Excellence

• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget

• Improve systems, processes, and field-to-office communication

• Drive continuous improvement across estimating, preconstruction, and operations

What You Bring

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in commercial construction

• Demonstrated success managing operations, budgets, and multi-project teams

• Strong financial acumen with experience overseeing P&L performance

• Proven ability to develop leaders and build cohesive teams

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

• A reputation for integrity, decisiveness, and follow-through

Bonus points if you can read a set of plans like a novel and a financial statement like a scoreboard.

Compensation & Opportunity

• Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000
