General Superintendent
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Compensation: $110,000–$130,000

What You’ll Do

Lead all field operations with safety as the first, last, and constant priority.

Build and enforce a zero-compromise safety culture where every worker feels empowered to speak up, stop work, and protect one another.

Mentor Superintendents and Foremen like family, developing them through coaching, accountability, and steady support.

Conduct daily site walks focused on hazard recognition, housekeeping, and safe work practices.

Partner with Safety, Project Management, and Trade Partners to ensure compliance with OSHA, company standards, and best-in-class construction practices.

Lead weekly safety meetings and toolbox talks that are practical, engaging, and rooted in real-world experience.

Ensure schedules are met without ever sacrificing safety or quality.

Promote respect, inclusion, and teamwork across all crews and disciplines.

Be a visible, calm, and trusted leader during critical operations and high-risk activities.
What You Bring
-
10+ years of commercial construction field leadership, with significant experience as a Senior or General Superintendent.

Deep knowledge of construction safety standards, OSHA regulations, and proactive risk management.

A leadership style that is firm, fair, and genuinely caring.

Proven ability to build loyal, high-performing teams through trust and consistency.

Strong communication skills with the heart of a coach and the backbone of a protector.
