Your Mission

As the General Superintendent, you are the senior field authority across multiple projects, responsible for shaping outcomes from dirt work to ribbon cutting. You will unify field teams, subcontractors, and project leadership into one synchronized force that delivers exceptional builds across commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use developments.

You are the guardian of schedule, the enforcer of quality, and the culture-setter on every site you touch.

What You’ll Lead

• Full oversight of multiple job sites or large, complex flagship projects
• Daily coordination of superintendents, foremen, and trade partners
• Master scheduling execution and real-time field sequencing adjustments
• Enforcement of safety standards that are not just followed—but lived
• Quality control systems that ensure “done” means done right the first time
• Logistics planning for manpower, materials, equipment, and critical path flow
• Strategic problem-solving when field conditions inevitably shift the game plan
• Collaboration with Project Managers, Preconstruction, and Executive Leadership

What You Bring to the Table

• 10+ years of progressive field leadership in commercial construction
• Proven success managing large-scale or multi-project field operations
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, means and methods, and scheduling
• A calm-but-commanding presence under pressure when timelines tighten and complexity rises
• Strong leadership instincts—you build teams that respect you before they report to you
• Ability to read a jobsite like a blueprint written in motion
• A relentless commitment to safety, accountability, and craftsmanship
