We’re searching for a General Superintendent who thrives in the heartbeat of the field. Someone who can walk onto a jobsite buzzing with cranes, concrete, schedules, and subcontractors and instantly bring order, energy, and direction to the entire operation.

This is boots-on-the-ground leadership with real authority. You won’t be buried behind spreadsheets or trapped in endless meetings. You’ll be the field leader steering multiple projects, aligning teams, solving problems before they become delays, and pushing projects across the finish line with precision and pride.

From first excavation to final walkthrough, you are the force that keeps everything moving.

Your Mission

As the General Superintendent, you will oversee field operations across multiple commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use construction projects throughout the Salt Lake region. You’ll lead superintendents, coordinate trade partners, enforce elite safety standards, and ensure every project runs with urgency, quality, and accountability.

What You’ll Own

• Full oversight of multiple active construction sites and field operations
• Leadership and mentorship of Superintendents, Foremen, and subcontractor teams
• Schedule execution and field sequencing that keeps projects charging forward
• Real-time problem solving when site conditions shift or challenges arise
• Enforcement of safety culture that goes beyond compliance
• Quality control oversight ensuring work is completed right the first time
• Coordination of manpower, materials, equipment, and logistics flow
• Collaboration with Project Managers, Estimators, and Executive Leadership
• Maintaining production momentum while protecting timelines and budgets
• Creating jobsites built on accountability, professionalism, and teamwork

What You Bring

• 10+ years of progressive field leadership experience in commercial construction
• Proven success managing large-scale or multi-project operations
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination
• Ability to lead confidently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Deep commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and operational excellence
• Natural ability to organize moving parts and keep teams aligned
• Experience with commercial, multifamily, mixed-use, or concrete projects preferred
