As General Superintendent, you'll serve as the field leader responsible for overseeing multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll partner with Project Managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure every project is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

What You'll Do

• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple commercial construction projects throughout Southern Utah.
• Manage and mentor Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field personnel while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure projects maintain aggressive schedules while delivering exceptional craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
• Champion a proactive safety culture where every employee and trade partner returns home safely each day.
• Coordinate field operations with Project Managers to maintain seamless communication between office and field.
• Lead project planning, logistics, sequencing, and site coordination from mobilization through final completion.
• Identify and resolve field challenges before they impact schedule or budget.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, productivity, safety compliance, and project progress.
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Review schedules, manpower requirements, equipment needs, and production goals to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, local building codes, and project specifications.
• Mentor future leaders and help build one of the strongest field teams in the region.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience with progressive field leadership responsibilities.
• Proven success overseeing ground-up commercial projects across multiple jobsites.
• Experience managing Superintendents and large field teams.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, project sequencing, budgeting, and commercial construction methods.
• Extensive experience with concrete, steel, wood framing, site development, and interior finishes.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment while keeping projects moving forward.
• Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
