We are seeking a seasoned General Superintendent / Construction Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects across the thriving Salt Lake City market. This is a high-impact leadership role for a builder who commands the site with confidence, orchestrates teams with precision, and delivers projects that stand tall long after the ribbon is cut.

You will serve as the operational backbone of multiple projects, driving schedules, elevating safety standards, mentoring field leadership, and ensuring execution that is sharp, disciplined, and on budget.

What You’ll Own

• Oversee multiple Superintendents and field teams across concurrent projects

• Lead scheduling strategy from preconstruction through final turnover

• Enforce rigorous safety standards and cultivate a zero-incident culture

• Partner with Project Managers to protect budgets and maximize profitability

• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, productivity, and accountability

• Identify risk early and solve problems before they ripple

• Build strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, inspectors, and community stakeholders

• Mentor and develop the next generation of field leaders

What You Bring

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, including leadership of large or complex projects

• Proven success managing multiple job sites simultaneously

• Deep understanding of scheduling, cost control, and field operations

• Strong knowledge of safety compliance and OSHA standards

• Confident leadership style that motivates without micromanaging

• Ability to read drawings like a blueprint whisperer and anticipate issues before they surface
