What You’ll Do:
- Lead HOA Growth: Take charge of sales activities and goals for HOA treasury services by developing and executing a forward-thinking strategy to generate new deposits and fees. You’ll be the driving force behind our growth in the HOA sector!
- Treasury Expert: Be the go-to authority on treasury management services for HOA clients. Use your expertise to demonstrate the value, benefits, and custom solutions that will make a difference in their financial management.
- Educate & Empower: Lead education efforts for HOA clients and prospects. Show them how our services help streamline operations, improve cash flow, and enhance overall financial management.
- Network & Build Relationships: Develop and expand your network in the HOA community to attract new business and foster long-term partnerships.
- Training Leader: Provide internal training opportunities to help our bank personnel understand HOA-specific needs and improve how we deliver top-tier treasury management services.
- Collaborative Partner: Work closely with relationship officers and other stakeholders to assist with sales presentations, pricing strategies, and product recommendations that directly meet HOA needs.
- Customer-Focused Service: Respond quickly and professionally to any customer inquiries, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction for every client.
- Innovate & Improve: Work with leadership to create and refine HOA treasury products, always striving to bring innovative solutions that give our clients a competitive edge.
- Compliance and Excellence: Support the maintenance of policies, procedures, and systems that ensure compliance and uphold our commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction.
What You Bring:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Certified Professional: CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) accreditation required.
- Industry Expertise: A solid understanding of HOA financial management and treasury products, as well as a broader knowledge of banking services and operations.
- Proven Experience: At least 5 years in sales, relationship management, or treasury services with a track record of success in the HOA or similar industries.
- Results-Driven: Strong results orientation, always aiming to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
- Excellent Communication Skills: You have the ability to clearly communicate complex information to both internal teams and clients, with superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Multitasking Master: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
