Responsibilities

  • Creates strategic plans in partnership with HR stakeholders to drive local and enterprise priorities
  • Leverages HR data to accelerate progress on key strategic priorities
  • Designs, develops, and delivers on Market initiatives
  • Serve as a key HR partner to the Market President and local leadership teams working in tandem with LOB HR partners, Site HR Managers, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, and all other HR professionals in the market and across the enterprise.
  • Leads talent planning initiatives, including critical assessment of talent and resource rationalization Enterprise Role Overview Develops HR strategies that impact large, complex business units within a major line of business.
  • Develops and executes tactical plans at the business unit level to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Combines strong organizational development skills and change management skills with core HR skills (staffing, compensation, associate relations) to help the business achieve its objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of HR, Talent Management, Project Management with broad expertise across all areas of HR disciplines
  • Experience working directly with & consulting business leaders on HR strategy
  • Experience in client management around complex strategic HR issues such as talent management, development & change management
  • Deep technical HR competence with the ability to influence using a balance of technical HR expertise, business acumen, and relationship skills.
  • Strong analytical skills – experience gathering & organizing large amounts of data
  • Demonstrated ability as an enterprise/global thought leader who can proactively drive change and innovate
  • A proven track record in developing strategy and driving change to help drive business results and execute on key initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize work and deliver consistent results
