We’re searching for a Junior Estimator who’s hungry to learn the art and science of construction pricing while helping shape projects long before the first excavator ever growls to life.

This is the launchpad role for someone who wants to grow into a powerhouse estimator, project leader, or future construction strategist. You’ll work alongside experienced builders, estimators, and operations leaders who understand that accurate estimating is not just math, it’s prediction, negotiation, creativity, and controlled chaos wearing a hard hat.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting with quantity takeoffs, bid preparation, and project cost analysis
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals with laser-focused attention to detail
• Supporting senior estimators on commercial, concrete, multifamily, and site development projects
• Helping assemble competitive and accurate project bids that actually win work
• Coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, architects, and project teams
• Tracking pricing trends, labor costs, and material fluctuations like a construction economist in steel-toe boots
• Participating in preconstruction meetings and helping identify value-engineering opportunities
• Learning how projects are built from the financial skeleton outward
• Maintaining organized bid documentation and estimating databases
• Becoming the person who catches the tiny details before they become expensive field problems

What We’re Looking For

• 1–4 years of estimating, construction, or project engineering experience
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with estimating software and Excel
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment where calendars move at warp speed
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• High attention to detail with analytical problem-solving abilities
