We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Market President to lead our growth and operations in Reno, Nevada. This is a senior leadership role responsible for advancing market presence, driving revenue, and cultivating a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the face of the organization in the Reno market, building strong relationships with key clients, partners, and community leaders.

• Lead market strategy development, identifying opportunities for expansion and competitive positioning.

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring best-in-class service delivery, operational efficiency, and full regulatory compliance.

• Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent; foster an inclusive, high-energy work environment.

• Partner with executive leadership to translate corporate initiatives into local market success.

• Analyze market data, economic trends, and competitive insights to guide strategic decisions.

• Champion the organization’s brand and mission at civic events, industry forums, and community initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally within financial services, commercial banking, or a client-driven enterprise.

• Proven track record of market expansion, revenue generation, and operational leadership.

• Strong understanding of the Reno market, including economic drivers and community dynamics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.
