With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects and a reputation for excellence, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-family residential developments in the Mesa area.

Position Summary
The Multi-Family Project Manager will be responsible for leading all phases of assigned construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout. This individual will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, financial acumen, and communication skills, along with deep expertise in multi-family construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, including preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure successful project execution.

  • Manage project budgets, conduct cost tracking, and provide accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure adherence to critical milestones.

  • Lead weekly project meetings, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and proactively address issues that may impact schedule or cost.

  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies.

  • Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement on all job sites.

  • Support and mentor project team members, including Superintendents, Assistant PMs, and Project Engineers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing ground-up multi-family residential construction projects.

  • Proven track record of delivering projects valued at $10M+ on time and within budget.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building systems, and project delivery methods.

  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, Excel).

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
