The Opportunity

We're searching for an experienced, proactive, and enthusiastic Multi-Family Superintendent to oversee and lead the day-to-day field operations for large-scale residential projects in Salt Lake City. You’ll be the boots on the ground, the go-to leader, the one who ensures every detail is executed with precision—while also maintaining a positive, team-centered culture that reflects our family-first values.

This isn’t just about managing subs and hitting deadlines (although you’ll be great at that, too). It’s about creating a jobsite environment where people are motivated to do their best work, take pride in what they build, and go home safely to their own families every day.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee on-site construction activities from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

• Manage daily schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and materials

• Foster a strong, collaborative relationship with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and tradespeople

• Ensure full compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies

• Conduct daily walk-throughs and punch lists to ensure attention to detail at every phase

• Resolve jobsite conflicts quickly and respectfully, acting as a problem-solver and morale-builder

• Maintain detailed records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle

• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and update reports for leadership teams

• Uphold a clean, safe, and family-minded work environment

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, ideally with multi-family residential projects

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices

• Proven ability to lead teams with confidence, clarity, and respect

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

• Tech-savvy mindset with familiarity in Procore, Buildertrend, or similar software

• A true team player with a humble, can-do attitude and a commitment to excellence

• OSHA 30 certification (preferred)

• Bilingual in English/Spanish (a plus!)
