Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually (DOE)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Multi-Family Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations for high-quality residential projects in the Mesa, AZ area. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with our rigorous quality and safety standards.
The ideal candidate is an experienced field leader with a proven track record in multi-family construction, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for delivering excellence in every phase of the build process.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily on-site operations for multi-family construction projects from ground-up through final closeout.

Coordinate all field activities, including subcontractor scheduling, site logistics, material deliveries, and inspections.

Ensure strict adherence to construction schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact on site, maintaining clear communication with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.

Conduct regular site walks, punch list reviews, and quality control inspections.

Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to prevent delays and ensure project milestones are met.

Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, safety logs, and subcontractor coordination records.

Foster a collaborative, professional job site environment and lead with integrity and accountability.
Qualifications

7+ years of superintendent experience in multi-family or comparable residential construction.

Proven success in delivering projects ranging from garden-style to mid-rise multi-family communities.

Comprehensive knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and construction best practices.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple trades and deadlines effectively.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with construction software platforms (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, etc.) preferred.

OSHA 30 certification strongly preferred.
