The Opportunity

As a Multi-Family Superintendent, you’ll take ownership of the jobsite and lead day-to-day operations with precision, pride, and a family-first focus. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, on-time projects that reflect our commitment to excellence. From coordinating trades and managing schedules to ensuring safety and quality, you’ll be at the center of building communities from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for multi-family residential projects

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections to ensure efficient workflow and project milestones are met

• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive jobsite at all times

• Serve as the key point of contact for project managers, vendors, and inspectors

• Monitor quality control and ensure all work complies with plans, specifications, and building codes

• Track progress, manage schedules, and proactively resolve field issues to avoid delays

• Foster a positive, respectful jobsite culture rooted in teamwork and accountability

• Lead by example to promote strong communication, integrity, and a safety-first mindset

What You Bring

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in multi-family or similar residential construction

• Proven success leading large-scale projects from site prep through final punch

• Strong organizational, scheduling, and leadership skills

• Deep knowledge of construction best practices, building codes, and safety protocols

• Ability to build strong relationships with crews, subcontractors, and clients

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

• OSHA 30 Certification preferred
