We’re looking for a versatile Office Administrator/Project Manager to be a key player in our operations, supporting both back-office administration and active project oversight.
Position Overview
This dual-role position blends administrative leadership with hands-on construction project management. You will manage office operations while also coordinating the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Office Administration

Manage daily office functions, including supplies, scheduling, vendor relationships, and general upkeep

Handle subcontractor paperwork, insurance, lien waivers, and contract documentation

Support HR functions including onboarding, time tracking, and employee communications

Assist with accounts payable/receivable coordination and job cost tracking in collaboration with accounting
Project Management

Support project teams from pre-construction through closeout

Track budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project milestones

Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to maintain alignment

Assist with permit tracking, jobsite coordination, and document control

Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and closeout packages
Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in construction office administration and/or project coordination

Strong understanding of construction project lifecycles and terminology

Proficient in Microsoft Office, project management platforms (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, etc.), and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)

Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management, business administration, or a related field preferred
