The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Operations Manager who knows how to turn moving parts into a well-oiled operation. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, supporting a team, and making sure the day-to-day business runs with purpose and precision.

The ideal candidate is organized without being rigid, confident without needing the spotlight, and proactive enough to spot a problem before it becomes a five-alarm fire. You’ll play a key role in coordinating people, processes, schedules, resources, and priorities while helping create an operation that is efficient, productive, and enjoyable to work in.

If you’re the person everyone calls when something needs to get done, organized, fixed, improved, or figured out, this could be your next great move.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily operational activities and ensure work is completed efficiently and accurately.

  • Coordinate schedules, staffing, resources, and priorities to keep operations moving forward.

  • Support, coach, and guide employees while helping create a productive and accountable team environment.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and increase overall productivity.

  • Develop and maintain operational procedures, workflows, and best practices.

  • Monitor performance and help ensure departmental goals and company objectives are being met.

  • Work closely with leadership and other departments to coordinate priorities and resolve operational challenges.

  • Track important operational information, reports, budgets, inventory, schedules, and performance metrics as needed.

  • Help manage purchasing, vendors, supplies, equipment, and other operational resources.

  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and develop practical solutions that actually work in the real world.

  • Ensure employees have the tools, information, and support necessary to perform their jobs effectively.

  • Assist with onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.

  • Maintain strong communication throughout the organization so everyone knows what is happening, what is changing, and what needs attention.

  • Help establish accountability and follow-through across daily operations.

  • Ensure company policies, procedures, safety expectations, and quality standards are consistently followed.

  • Prepare reports and provide leadership with updates, observations, recommendations, and operational insights.

  • Take ownership of special projects and improvement initiatives from idea to completion.

  • Step in where needed, lead by example, and help keep the operation moving when priorities shift.

What Makes You Successful

We’re looking for someone who combines leadership, organization, common sense, and initiative. You don’t have to know everything on day one, but you should know how to ask the right questions, find answers, communicate clearly, and follow through.

The strongest candidates will bring:

  • Previous experience in operations, management, administration, logistics, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • A practical, solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of the details.

  • Confidence working with employees at different levels of an organization.

  • Strong follow-through and accountability.

  • Experience with scheduling, reporting, budgeting, inventory, purchasing, or process improvement.

  • Solid computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • A leadership style that is approachable, dependable, and decisive.

  • The ability to remain calm, professional, and productive when the day inevitably decides to throw a curveball.

The Personality We’re Looking For

This role is not for someone who wants to sit back and wait for instructions. We want an owner-minded operator who sees what needs to happen and gets moving.

You should be naturally curious, highly dependable, and comfortable making decisions. You should enjoy improving things rather than simply maintaining them. Most importantly, you should understand that great operations are built on great communication, consistent execution, and people who care about doing the job right.

If you bring energy, accountability, organization, and a healthy dose of initiative, we want to hear from you.

Why This Role?

This is an opportunity to step into a position where your work has a visible impact. You’ll have the chance to influence processes, support employees, solve meaningful problems, and help shape how the operation functions every day.

Salary: $65,000–$80,000

If you’re ready to take ownership, make improvements, lead people, and become an essential part of a growing operation, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
