Lead the Operation. Build the Team. Drive the Results.

This is an opportunity for a high-impact Operations Manager who knows how to turn strategy into execution and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when the operation needs leadership. We are looking for a confident, experienced professional who can oversee day-to-day operations, develop high-performing teams, improve processes, and keep the organization moving forward with purpose and precision.

This role sits at the center of the operation, connecting people, processes, production, financial performance, safety, quality, and customer expectations. The right leader will bring strong business instincts, operational discipline, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to make things better. You will have the opportunity to influence how the organization operates today while helping shape where it goes tomorrow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide strategic and hands-on leadership across daily operations, ensuring teams have the direction, resources, and accountability necessary to perform at a high level.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, procedures, systems, and performance standards.
  • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop managers and employees while building a culture centered around accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and results.
  • Establish meaningful operational goals and key performance indicators while monitoring performance and taking action when results fall short.
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives, budgets, growth plans, and operational priorities.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, unnecessary costs, and opportunities for improvement, then turn those observations into practical solutions.
  • Oversee resource allocation, staffing, scheduling, productivity, workflow, and operational capacity.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, employees, leadership, and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure operations consistently meet established standards for quality, safety, efficiency, service, and profitability.
  • Review financial and operational performance, understand the numbers behind the business, and use data to make smart decisions.
  • Establish clear expectations and hold teams accountable while recognizing and developing top performers.
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, succession planning, and organizational development.
  • Work cross-functionally with leadership and internal departments to eliminate communication gaps and keep priorities aligned.
  • Lead through change, solve problems quickly, and remain calm and decisive when priorities shift.
  • Ensure company policies, regulatory requirements, safety expectations, and operational standards are consistently followed.
  • Champion continuous improvement and create an environment where good ideas are welcomed and acted upon.
  • Serve as a trusted operational leader who can see both the big picture and the details that make the big picture work.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Proven experience in operations management, general management, or a related leadership role.
  • Strong history of successfully leading teams, improving operational performance, and delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A business-minded approach with the ability to understand budgets, financial performance, productivity, and profitability.
  • Demonstrated ability to build accountability without sacrificing teamwork or morale.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate operational data into action.
  • Comfortable making decisions, taking ownership, and being accountable for outcomes.
  • Exceptional follow-through with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with employees at every level of an organization.
  • A proactive mindset. You don't wait for problems to become emergencies before addressing them.
  • High standards for safety, quality, service, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent leadership experience.

THE IDEAL LEADER

You are more than someone who keeps the trains running. You improve the tracks.

You know how to take a complicated operation, identify what is working, uncover what isn't, and create a smarter path forward. You can walk into a room with executives and discuss strategy, then turn around and work directly with your team to make sure that strategy actually happens.

You're decisive without being reckless, analytical without getting buried in spreadsheets, and demanding without losing sight of the people behind the numbers. You understand that great operations don't happen by accident. They happen because someone is paying attention, setting expectations, developing people, solving problems, and relentlessly looking for a better way.

WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY

This is a high-visibility leadership position for someone who wants to make a genuine impact. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence operations, develop people, improve performance, and play a meaningful role in the continued growth and success of the organization.

If you're an Operations Manager who thrives on responsibility, enjoys solving big problems, and wants to lead an operation rather than simply manage one, this could be your next great move.
