We are looking for a Post-Harvest Manager to join our clients team in Ukiah, CA. The main responsibilities of the position include packaging, and general post-harvest cultivation work. If you have strong attention to detail and can reliably work for the duration of the project, please read on! 

Our client is an aggressively growing craft cannabis cultivation operation with an established brand, who takes pride in having a culture built around using sustainable and organically based methods to grow premium, clean flower on multiple properties in Northern California.

• Weigh, package, and count all products with a high level of accuracy

• Ensure complete compliance to include labels, forms and packaging

• Trimming and processing cannabis flower

• Give directions and meet trimming weight requirements

• Adjust trimming techniques as needed based on wet/dry or strain type to maintain a steady trimming pace

• Lead the team in trimming with a high level of accuracy to ensure top quality of trimmed buds

• Conduct quality control audits to identify poor quality and/or a product issue. Give direction to correct any issues immediately 

• Create SOP's for all packaging procedures

• Ensure accuracy and completeness while maintaining required packaging volume

• Calculate basic measure and weights

• Provide guidelines for all safety measures

• Ensure a clean work space

• Other duties as assigned

• Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.

• Must be able to lift and push/pull up to 50lbs.

This position is located at an indoor facility, but you will be exposed to outdoor temperatures and climate

• Must have a reliable method of transportation

• Regular attendance for scheduled hours is a must

• Previous cannabis experience a plus Education High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
