Job Overview:
As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and our talented engineering team to oversee project activities and drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project engineering activities from concept to completion
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure project success
• Conduct site visits to oversee work quality, safety standards, and progress
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project teams

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• 2+ years of experience in project engineering or a related role
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.)
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset
