Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Manage, organize, and distribute contract documents following company standards.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution using industry-standard methodologies and software.
• Oversee submittal processes, ensuring timely organization, distribution, and coordination for quality control.
• Attend and document meetings with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, tracking action items.
• Collaborate with project managers and estimators to review and apply company estimating standards.
• Communicate effectively with Owners, Architects, and Engineers as directed by the Project Manager.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, and change order documentation.
• Support cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
• Knowledge of construction project management principles, scheduling, and engineering best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
