Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annually

About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you will be an essential part of the project management team, providing technical expertise and support throughout all phases of project development. You’ll play a key role in coordinating engineering activities, managing schedules, and ensuring projects meet rigorous quality and safety standards. Your work will impact everything from initial design reviews to final project delivery.
What You’ll Do

Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to support project goals and deliverables

Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents

Assist in the development of project schedules, cost estimates, and progress tracking

Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and resolve technical issues

Support quality assurance and quality control processes to maintain high standards

Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities clearly to stakeholders

Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

1-3 years of experience in a construction, engineering, or related project environment

Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and project management processes

Proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar design and scheduling software

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
