Position Summary:
We are seeking a coordinated and success-minded Project Engineer to support our project management and field operations teams. This role is critical in helping projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with our commitment to excellence. As a Project Engineer, you will be immersed in the day-to-day technical aspects of construction while also facilitating clear communication between teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers and Superintendents in coordinating all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion.

• Maintain and track RFI logs, submittals, and project documents with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

• Support scheduling and sequencing activities to ensure on-time project delivery.

• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.

• Review project drawings and specifications to ensure scope clarity and compliance.

• Participate in jobsite meetings, monitor field progress, and help ensure quality and safety standards are met.

• Help identify risks, bottlenecks, and solutions to keep projects moving efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1–3 years of construction industry experience preferred.

• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in construction software platforms (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.) is a plus.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
