What You’ll Do:

Lead the planning, design, and execution of wet utility projects with precision, innovation, and compliance at the forefront.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful completion every time.

Partner with contractors, municipalities, utility providers, and in-house teams to drive smooth project delivery.

Interpret and review civil plans, specifications, and permits, maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.

Solve on-site challenges with resourceful, cost-effective engineering solutions.

Prepare and manage submittals, reports, and project documentation for transparency and efficiency.
What You Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; EIT or PE preferred.

3–5+ years of wet utilities experience (water, sewer, stormwater) in civil construction or engineering.

Strong understanding of Arizona codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and project management tools a plus.
