What You’ll Do:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of wet utility projects with precision, innovation, and compliance at the forefront.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful completion every time.

• Partner with contractors, municipalities, utility providers, and in-house teams to drive smooth project delivery.

• Interpret and review civil plans, specifications, and permits, maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards.

• Solve on-site challenges with resourceful, cost-effective engineering solutions.

• Prepare and manage submittals, reports, and project documentation for transparency and efficiency.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; EIT or PE preferred.

• 3–5+ years of wet utilities experience (water, sewer, stormwater) in civil construction or engineering.

• Strong understanding of Arizona codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and project management tools a plus.
