What You’ll Do

Lead daily jobsite operations with safety as the non-negotiable priority

Conduct daily safety meetings, enforce protocols, and set the standard by example

Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment to keep work flowing smoothly

Read plans, track progress, and ensure work meets quality and schedule expectations

Maintain clean, organized, and efficient jobsites

Communicate clearly with superintendents and project managers

Anticipate issues before they become problems and solve them decisively
What You Bring

Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
-
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Ability to lead crews with respect, consistency, and accountability

Clear communication skills and a steady presence under pressure

OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
