The Role

The Project Foreman is the calm captain on a busy jobsite. You bring structure to the day, clarity to the crew, and a safety-first mindset that never clocks out. If organization is your superpower and leadership is second nature, this is your lane.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily jobsite operations with safety as the non-negotiable priority

• Conduct daily safety meetings, enforce protocols, and set the standard by example

• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and equipment to keep work flowing smoothly

• Read plans, track progress, and ensure work meets quality and schedule expectations

• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient jobsites

• Communicate clearly with superintendents and project managers

• Anticipate issues before they become problems and solve them decisively

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Lead in the construction industry

• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to lead crews with respect, consistency, and accountability

• Clear communication skills and a steady presence under pressure

• OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
