Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 DOE + Benefits

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with our clients, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure every project meets our high standards for quality, timeliness, and budget control. Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and team coordination.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and team members.

• Oversee site progress, quality control, and safety compliance to ensure successful and timely completion.

• Provide clear communication and regular updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Anticipate and resolve challenges quickly to keep projects moving forward smoothly.

• Promote a positive, inclusive, and family-first culture within the project team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry (commercial or residential).

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities effectively.

• Proficiency in project management software and construction scheduling tools.

• Commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
