What You’ll Do

Project Leadership: Own all phases of your projects—from pre?construction budgeting and scheduling through to punch?list completion—ensuring they’re on time, on budget, and exceed quality expectations.

Team Coordination: Lead and motivate on?site superintendents, subcontractors, and internal resources; foster clear communication, safety compliance, and a positive “one?team” atmosphere.

Client Engagement: Serve as the trusted point of contact for owners, architects, and consultants—anticipating needs, delivering transparent updates, and building long?term relationships.

Financial Stewardship: Monitor project financials daily; track costs, change orders, and forecast to drive profitable outcomes without sacrificing craftsmanship.

Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices—safety protocols, lean construction techniques, sustainability initiatives—and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
Who You Are
-
Experienced Leader: 5+ years’ construction project management experience, ideally in high?end residential or mixed?use construction.

Mountain?Savvy: Familiar with seasonal constraints, local permitting processes, and environmental considerations unique to Park City.

Technical Pro: Proficient with MS Project, Procore (or equivalent), and BIM coordination; comfortable interpreting plans, specifications, and contracts.

Strategic Communicator: Clear, proactive communicator who can navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and inspire teams.

Problem Solver: Cool under pressure, adept at identifying risks, and creative in developing practical, cost?effective solutions.
