• Own full-cycle project management from preconstruction planning through final punch list
• Coordinate architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams into a unified execution force
• Maintain schedule discipline while anticipating risks before they become delays
• Track budgets with precision, protecting margins without losing momentum
• Lead weekly project meetings that actually move the needle, not just fill calendars
