Responsibilities:

  1. Client Business Understanding:

    • Develop a deep understanding of the client's business goals, objectives, and pain points.
    • Ensure that the entire team is aligned with these objectives, promoting a unified approach toward the project.
  2. Project Delivery Support:

    • Be hands-on in managing project delivery, offering guidance and assistance wherever required.
    • Monitor progress to ensure that the project is on track and that deliverables are being met.
  3. Change Management:

    • Oversee any changes to the project scope, ensuring they are properly approved, funded, and follow the necessary configuration control processes.
    • Coordinate any change requests and ensure they are integrated smoothly into the project timeline.
  4. Risk and Issue Resolution:

    • Proactively identify areas that may need further clarification, pose risks, or present dependencies that could impact project delivery.
    • Work with team members to resolve or mitigate issues before they affect the project.
  5. Communication and Status Updates:

    • Keep both the client and internal team informed about the current status of the project.
    • Highlight any emerging risks or issues to ensure transparency and collaborative problem-solving.
  6. Deadline Management:

    • Ensure you meet deadlines and assist the team in meeting their deadlines by providing resources, direction, or clarification as needed.
    • Assist in managing competing priorities and ensure critical tasks are addressed.
  7. Collaborate with Leadership:

    • Work closely with the Account Lead, Program Manager, and Technical Director to manage project priorities and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
    • Support the leadership team with strategic decisions and adjustments.
  8. Facilitate Meetings and Reviews:

    • Lead status meetings, milestone reviews, and demos, confidently presenting progress and results to the client.
    • Ensure the meetings run smoothly, staying on track with the agenda and addressing any concerns raised by the client.
  9. Business and Technical Expertise:

    • Be knowledgeable about both the business needs and technical details of the project.
    • Be prepared to answer client inquiries about the project scope, schedule, and budget in a clear and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background:

    • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business, IT).
  2. Project Management Experience:

    • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and a proven ability to implement these in a variety of projects.
    • Experience in identifying and resolving issues, managing risks, and developing detailed work plans.
    • Proficient in resource allocation, scheduling, and running effective team meetings.
  3. Multitasking Ability:

    • Capability to manage and balance multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met for each one.
  4. Change Management:

    • Comfort in navigating change requests and scope adjustments within a project.
  5. Client and Team Interaction:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with both clients and internal teams.
    • Ability to manage client expectations and ensure they are satisfied with the project’s progress and outcomes.
  6. Business and Technical Acumen:

    • Deep understanding of both the business context and technical aspects of the loyalty platform, enabling you to confidently address client questions.
    • Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
