The Opportunity
We’re seeking a skilled and confident Project Manager who can lead complex construction projects from concept to completion. This is a role for someone who is just as comfortable in a client meeting as they are on a jobsite, and who can combine technical expertise with a steady, solutions-driven leadership style. What You’ll Do

• Own every phase of your projects—from preconstruction planning to final closeout—ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

• Lead and inspire project teams while fostering collaboration between clients, subcontractors, and internal departments.

• Build detailed schedules and keep them on track, adjusting proactively to keep momentum strong.

• Track budgets closely, manage costs with precision, and report clearly to stakeholders.

• Visit jobsites regularly to oversee quality, progress, and safety standards.

• Manage all project documentation including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

• Build trust with clients through transparent communication, problem-solving, and follow-through.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

• 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, ideally between $5M–$50M.

• Solid understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.

• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflict professionally.

• A proven history of delivering high-quality projects on schedule and on budget.
