Lead with Confidence. Build with Purpose. Deliver with Excellence.

We’re looking for an experienced, driven, and highly organized Project Manager who knows what it takes to turn ambitious plans into successful projects. This is an opportunity for a construction professional who thrives on leadership, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and understands that exceptional project execution requires more than simply keeping schedules and budgets in line. It takes communication, accountability, strategic thinking, and the ability to bring people together around a common goal.

The ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who can confidently manage projects from preconstruction through final completion, balancing the moving pieces while keeping clients, subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and internal teams working toward the same finish line. We need someone who takes ownership, anticipates challenges before they become problems, and understands that quality workmanship, safety, financial performance, and customer satisfaction are all equally important pieces of the puzzle.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Oversee all phases of assigned construction projects, from initial planning and preconstruction coordination through execution, closeout, and final turnover.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, cost projections, and resource plans to ensure projects remain on track and financially successful.

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to project teams, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and field personnel while establishing clear expectations and maintaining accountability.

  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field leadership to monitor daily operations, evaluate progress, resolve challenges, and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and established timelines.

  • Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasting, cost control, change orders, purchase orders, subcontract agreements, billing, and overall profitability.

  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, scopes of work, and construction documents to identify potential conflicts, gaps, or concerns before they impact project execution.

  • Lead project meetings, communicate updates, document decisions, and maintain consistent coordination between ownership, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal departments.

  • Identify project risks, evaluate potential impacts, and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward without compromising quality, safety, or financial objectives.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders through professionalism, transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through.

  • Oversee procurement activities, material lead times, subcontractor coordination, and delivery schedules to ensure resources are available when needed.

  • Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change requests, pay applications, progress reports, and other essential project documentation.

  • Monitor construction progress against established milestones and proactively address scheduling concerns, delays, labor challenges, and budget variances.

  • Promote and enforce a strong safety culture by ensuring project teams follow established safety procedures, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Maintain high standards for workmanship, quality control, and project compliance throughout every stage of construction.

  • Work collaboratively with estimating and preconstruction teams to support project handoffs, review estimates, clarify scopes, and establish realistic project expectations.

  • Manage project closeout activities, including punch lists, final inspections, documentation, warranties, and successful client turnover.

  • Maintain accurate project records and provide leadership with timely updates regarding project performance, financial status, scheduling, and potential concerns.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience managing construction projects from inception through completion.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, estimating, contracts, and cost management.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and other technical documentation.

  • Financially minded with the ability to understand project costs, monitor budgets, forecast expenses, and protect profitability.

  • Strong decision-making skills with the confidence to address challenges and keep projects moving in the right direction.

  • Proficiency with construction management software, scheduling platforms, and standard project management tools.

  • A proactive leadership style with a commitment to accountability, collaboration, safety, and quality.

  • Ability to build lasting professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.

  • A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to remain organized and composed when project demands shift.

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent hands-on industry experience will also be considered.

The Professional We're Hoping to Find:

You understand that successful construction projects don't happen by accident. They require preparation, persistence, communication, and leadership at every level. You're comfortable making decisions, managing expectations, reviewing the numbers, and stepping in when something needs attention. You can see the big picture without losing sight of the details, and you know how to keep a team focused even when schedules tighten and challenges arise.

You take pride in what you build, how you lead, and the relationships you establish along the way. You're not interested in simply checking boxes or moving paperwork from one desk to another. You want to make an impact, contribute to successful projects, and be part of a team that values professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and outstanding results.

If you're ready to bring your construction leadership experience to the table and take ownership of projects that demand strong execution, sound judgment, and exceptional teamwork, we'd love to connect!
