What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and closeout.

• Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.

• Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams to keep projects aligned and on track.

• Provide leadership to project teams by promoting a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement.

• Identify and proactively resolve challenges or risks that may impact project success.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Track and report project performance, providing transparency to stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Proven experience managing projects, preferably within the construction or related industries.

• Strong organizational skills and a natural ability to prioritize and adapt in evolving situations.

• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.

• A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on results.

• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite; scheduling software experience preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
