What You’ll Do

Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of projects, from planning and scheduling to execution and closeout.

Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.

Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams to keep projects aligned and on track.

Provide leadership to project teams by promoting a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous improvement.

Identify and proactively resolve challenges or risks that may impact project success.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Track and report project performance, providing transparency to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Proven experience managing projects, preferably within the construction or related industries.

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
