Build More Than Projects. Build Momentum.

Blueprints, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, clients, chaos, victories. A great Project Manager doesn’t just “manage” construction projects. They orchestrate them like a high-voltage control tower where every moving piece matters and every decision shapes the skyline.

We’re searching for a driven, organized, relationship-focused Project Manager who thrives in the fast-paced world of construction and knows how to keep projects charging forward from preconstruction through closeout. If you’re the kind of leader who can juggle timelines, solve field challenges before they become disasters, and still keep clients confident and crews motivated, this opportunity has your fingerprints all over it. ?????

This is a chance to join a company that values leadership, accountability, communication, and people who take ownership. You’ll have a seat at the table, real impact on major projects, and the opportunity to grow your career alongside a team that believes construction should be done with excellence, urgency, and pride.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Manage commercial and/or multifamily construction projects from kickoff to completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, engineers, architects, and field teams
  • Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Monitor project costs and maintain profitability goals
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with Superintendents to keep field operations aligned and productive
  • Identify project risks early and create proactive solutions before issues escalate
  • Track procurement, material deliveries, inspections, and permitting requirements
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Help cultivate a positive, solutions-oriented team culture

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial, concrete, multifamily, industrial, or related construction sectors
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, and budgeting
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and priorities simultaneously without losing momentum
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with construction management software and project tracking tools
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative and ownership
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred but not required
  • A leadership mindset with a “figure-it-out” mentality and strong attention to detail

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Competitive compensation package up to $120K
  • Career growth with a respected and expanding construction team
  • High-impact projects that shape communities across Utah
  • Collaborative leadership team that values your voice and expertise
  • Strong company culture built around trust, accountability, and performance
  • Opportunity to work with talented industry professionals who genuinely enjoy building great work together

The Ideal Candidate

You’re calm under pressure, sharp with details, and confident leading conversations in the office, on-site, or across the negotiating table. You know construction projects are living organisms with moving targets, shifting priorities, and daily curveballs. Instead of getting overwhelmed, you lean in.

You bring structure where others bring confusion. You keep projects moving when obstacles appear. And when the dust settles, you’re proud to point at the finished product and say, “I helped build that.” ????
