Lead the Build. Drive the Vision. Make an Impact.

Are you a talented Project Manager who knows how to turn complex plans, ambitious goals, and moving pieces into successful projects? Do you thrive in a fast-paced construction environment where no two days look exactly the same? If so, this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join a growing and respected construction team in the Salt Lake City area. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong relationships, solving problems before they become disasters, and helping bring exceptional projects from blueprint to reality.

As Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the overall success of multiple construction projects. You will work closely with clients, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, architects, and internal leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

This is not a role for someone who wants to sit quietly behind a desk and watch the construction world spin. We are looking for a confident, organized, solutions-driven professional who can manage the details while keeping an eye on the big picture.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and overall financial performance.
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents and field teams to ensure project goals, schedules, and expectations are aligned.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and other project partners throughout the construction process.
  • Review contracts, scopes of work, drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Identify potential risks and challenges early and develop practical solutions before they impact the project.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor project costs, change orders, billing, buyout, and financial reporting.
  • Ensure projects are completed in accordance with company standards, safety requirements, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other key partners.
  • Work collaboratively with estimating and preconstruction teams during project handoff and planning.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and support to project teams throughout the life of each project.
  • Keep projects moving forward, even when schedules tighten, priorities shift, and the occasional curveball comes flying in.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to understand project costs and profitability.
  • Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal construction teams.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A proactive problem solver who doesn't wait for problems to grow teeth.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and collaborate with a variety of personalities.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be strongly considered.

Why This Opportunity?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values its people, recognizes hard work, and understands that successful projects start with strong leadership. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful work, collaborate with talented professionals, and build a career with an organization that is committed to growth and long-term success.

If you are a driven Project Manager who enjoys leading projects, solving challenges, building relationships, and seeing a complex vision become something tangible, we want to hear from you.
